The pre-admissions team provides required pre-admission services for all surgical services, with offices in the Medical Plaza across from the South Campus.

Pre-Admissions

The Villages Hospital

The pre-admissions team handles all elective surgery, endoscopy and bronchoscopy procedures. Patients check-in at the front lobby registration desk.

Patients are seen by appointment. Under normal circumstances, the appointment is three to seven days prior to your procedure. The pre-admission appointment will take 1.5 to 2 hours for completion of:

• Registration for financial obligation.
• Any necessary testing required prior to surgery and anesthesia.
• Pre-op and post-op teaching by the pre-admission nurse.
