Housing Incentives Partners

The Alliance Healthcare Foundation has partnered with the Villages of Parkwood to assist our team members in finding the perfect home.

This new gated community consists of affordable luxury, offering 2-6 bedroom homes for minimal money down, for a $750 mortgage principal and interest.

Homes range between $130's to $160's and may be customized to the buyer’s preferences. Prices include the lot as well. In addition, they will provide $5,000 toward upgrades or closing costs on select models.

The development has full amenities such as a state-of-the art fitness center, resort-style pool, and a 5,500 square foot clubhouse.
