Newborn Care & Breastfeeding Class - November
We are excited to share that our Newborn Care & Breastfeeding Class has resumed face-to-face learning. In an effort to keep everyone safe, class size will be restricted to the first four couples (or eight people) who register and face masks must be worn. A virtual class option will also be available.
Designed for expectant parents, this class is taught by a registered nurse and highlights key information about caring for your newborn baby. The class will also cover what to expect while breastfeeding your baby. We will review newborn care topics such as bathing, diapering, safe sleep practices, and more.
The class is FREE for expectant moms and one partner. Register online to reserve your spot or call 352.323.5564. The class will be held in the private dining room on the first floor of UF Health Leesburg Hospital – 600 E. Dixie Avenue, Leesburg, FL. Please bring your own lunch/snack or plan ahead to purchase lunch and/or snacks in the hospital’s cafeteria
