Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
Tai Chi is a category of exercise called moving meditation; the ancient Chinese practice combines slow, gentle, deliberate movements, meditation and breathing exercises. Benefits include a reduced fall risk and improvements in balance, mobility and overall health.
Join us for this class twice a week for eight weeks. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. starting June 2 and ending July 23, 2020 at UF Health Leesburg Hospital's Wound Care Center Classroom A. The address is 404 S. Childs Street, Leesburg, FL 34748.
