Outpatient Surgery is offered at the Day Surgery Center, which is conveniently located in the medical plaza across the street from Leesburg Regional Medical Center. The Day Surgery Center specializes in same-day surgical procedures that allow patients to recover in the comfort of their own home instead of staying overnight in the hospital.
The Day Surgery Center facility includes sophisticated operating suites and procedure rooms where a variety of surgeries are performed. Patients are discharged the same day as their procedure or surgery, getting them home quickly to rest and recover completely.
For your convenience, the Day Surgery Center offers pre-admission just as the hospital does. This can help alleviate any added stress on the day of surgery. The pre-admission office is open Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
