Our Wellness Center offers an indoor heated pool that is ideal for water walking or lap swimming. A chair lift is also available for those with special needs. Kickboards and water noodles are available for use.
Aquatic memberships are available and include all pool classes and open swim times. Aquacise classes involve cardiovascular and strength training exercises using water dumbbells and noodles. Aqua therapy is also offered.

The skilled practice of physical therapy in an aquatic environment by a physical therapist or PT assistant. The aquatic environment enhances land-based interventions for patients with musculoskeletal and/or neuromuscular conditions.
Classes designed to provide an aerobic workout in the swimming pool through a variety of activities and movements. Cardiovascular and strength training exercises are included and a variety of tools such as dumbbells and noodles are used.
